Brazil wins South American under-20 championship
Brazil won its ninth South American under-20 championship on Sunday, after defeating Colombia 2-0 in Paraguay. The team finished the last stage in first place, ahead of runners-up Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay and Colombia. With these results, Brazil and Argentina also guaranteed a spot in next year's Olympic Games, in Beijing, and a place in the Fifa Under-20 World Cup, which will be played later this year in Canada. Uruguay and Chile will also be travelling to Canada.
