Coaches on the move

According to Brazilian media reports on Monday, Corinthians is close to hiring Sao Caetano coach Emerson Leao. Only details related to the termination fee of his contract with Sao Caetano separate the coach from the last placed team in the Brazilian Serie A. Corinthians fired coach Geninho after the 3-1 home loss to Figueirense on Saturday. Geninho, however, did not remain unemployed for too long, and has already secured a return to Goias, who fired Antonio Lopes after the 2-1 loss to Sao Paulo. Last week, Oswaldo de Oliveira was fired from Fluminense. Yesterday, Cruzeiro announced it was hiring Oliveira, to substitute Paulo Cesar Gusmao.
