Watch out for the hot water

A curious and unfortunate event has sidelined Botafogo goalkeeper Lopes for a month. After the team's loss to Palmeiras on Sunday, he was injured when boiling water suddenly started coming out of one of the showers in the team's dressing room, at the Maracana Stadium. He suffered serious burns and will remain sidelined from 30 to 40 days. He said he's likely suing the stadium's administration for the incident. Definitely an embarrassing moment for Brazil's most famous stadium.
